Challenge
In the seed phase of Heaps, we used a dual-user acquisition strategy of acquiring b2b clients to funnel their users into our app in addition to a b2c strategy. Early growth in the 0-1 stage was slow, so I aimed to create a viral strategy to gain exposure.
Solution
Create and publish short-form TikTok content (2 original videos per day) to push viewers to our profile in an effort to kickstart user growth.

- In the world of viral marketing, you create and create until something hits. We finally had a video that ignited in the algorithm with over 100k views and took our user count from ~100 to ~3,000 in one day.
